The Virtual Human Resources Manager is an experienced Human Resources Specialist who is only brought in, temporarily, to serve present HR needs, no matter the issue(s) or how small or extensive the need and is gone when the job is done!

What I bring to the table:

  • Established my own Human Resources Consulting Company, following thirty (30) years of both strategic and "hands-on" people management, from the backroom to the boardroom.
  • Provide practical, cost-effective support on a moment's notice, when in-house Human Resource folks have neither the time nor the experience to deliver the things that you have been waiting for. The job gets done, professionally. On time. And there is no head count to worry about, afterwards.
  • Communicate, collaboratively across all levels of the organization with a demonstrated aptitude to balance hard business judgment and the highest respect for people.
  • Represent companies as lead negotiator at the table in collective bargaining and arbitrations.
  • Have passport. Will travel, globally. Fluent in native German. Serve as an intermediary between Europe and North America, with local connections.


  • Work closely with some of the most respected legal minds in the province, in the strictest professional confidence in matters pertaining to Employment and Labour law.
  • Serve as a "deep listening" sounding board to senior managers who, occasionally, need a second opinion, from an independent, no-axe-to-grind source in the rough seas of corporate realities. "Every leader, like King Lear, needs at least one fool to challenge what is sacred and to herald the advent of cosmic change."
  • Facilitate, instruct, deliver, customized in-house and off-site seminars and workshops offering a life time of entrepreneurial business focus, and a whole range of Human Resources deliverables.
  • Understand the heartbeat of the manufacturing sector and the automotive industry, particularly well.
